The Elevator Statement and Executive Summary – Two Key Elements of Companies’ Fund-Raising Kit
Come learn the two most basic elements in an entrepreneur’s fund raising bag of tricks. Ralph Patterson will conduct a hands-on workshop where the principals and the dos and don’ts of elevator statements and executive summaries are presented. Then the audience will be challenged to create an elevator pitch of their own and to outline an executive summary for their business.
To get the most out of this session, attendees should think in advance of:
• Who are your customers?
• What do you offer them?
• How do they benefit?
• Why is it better than what they have now?
• How do you make money?
• How much money will you make in five years?
• How much money do you need now?
Who Should Attend
Entrepreneurs who are serious about raising capital but who have been unsuccessful, CEOs, managers and founders of start-ups, or anyone thinking about starting a company and unsure of the steps.
